We purchased a 2024 Mazda cx5 carbon edition from Canyon after looked at multiple cars and going back and forth on what we wanted to spend. I was helped by Jessica Garcia (saleswoman) when I first arrived who listened to all of my needs and concerns and showed me vehicles that fit exactly what I was looking for while keeping me in my price range. Jessica has also reached out to me multiple times (after purchasing my car) to continue to make sure that all of my needs are met. I was later helped by Ulysses (salesman) he showed an immense level of patience for me, (since I’m so indecisive) and sat with me through making changes to trim levels and colors to ensure I get the exact vehicle I wanted. To top it all off I had the privilege of working along side Tyler Chugg (Finance manager) this man went to war for me with all sorts of different financers to get me the best possible interest rate and keeping me at a monthly payment that I’m happy with. We bought a Mazda CX50 from Young Mazda in Riverside the beginning of February from Asher. Yes, he is young however he is also knowledge, polite and great to work with. Andy helped the process go smoothly and quickly which we appreciated. He is 100% customer centric and really cared about us during the process and beyond. I had the very best experience ever. The customer service here is second to none! Shout outs to the ViP Kellye, who answered all of my questions and helped me get everything started, before even stepping foot on the premises. She then directed me to Kanyon. Kanyon is an ultra professional associate, very easy to work with. The finance guy, Chugg, was informative and quick. My entire experience was super duper.!
We had a 12 hour drive to accomplish on a Saturday. As we were near Ogden our oil pressure warning light came on. We were able to get to Young Mazda and Stephanie helped us in their service department. They put us at the front of the line and quickly determined and corrected our problem. We paid less than we had paid at JiffyLube for an oil and filter change and the diffrence was that Young's were PROFESSIONALS! Stephanie is a treasure and followed up with us and was sincerely concerned for our wellbeing. We were utterly impressed and I recommend them without any reservations, and I'm someone who does not generally give reviews.
GO SEE ASHTON and tell him Scott sent you. I flew out from San Diego to Help my Mother buy a Car. We went from Dealership to Dealership, so disappointed with their inventory and the Prices. Then we went to Young Mazda and met Ashton. I've never met a more patient salesman in my life! No BS, im not sugar coating it. We would ask to see a car and he was on it. I realized that it was taking a tad bit longer than normal, only to find out he was also helping another customer and we were his second appointment. I watched him run across the parking lot to get a car, and then smile, accommodate my Mother and Myself, and was super thorough!!! We didnt want a Mazda originally but I did know that they had the least amount of trips to the mechanic over long term ownership. Then he told us about the reliability and to be honest I fact checked him with Google and it was true. I just wanted the best car for the Money because I want value and safety. The Tech was amazing, the interior was so Beautiful and the color my Mother loved, and even though we didn't get the exterior color we wanted we realized it was super pretty. I still had hesitations but seriously ASHTON was so genuine, so knowledgeable (and I am a car guy and always have been, I have 10 cars right now) and so patient, it really made all the difference. We got a great price, a better rate than some of the other dealerships, and we didnt have to keep looking all over Utah for weeks and settle for something else. Ashton Delivered the Car for us to my Mom's house the next morning, Ashton spent an Hour going through every setting on that car, Are you Kidding me? He already sold it to us and yet he is helping my Mother connect her phone and even re-explaining everything for her so she was comfortable, walking her through every button and feature. AMAZING!!! He even called me a week later to see how I was doing and if I had any questions even though my Mother bought the Car. 100% best Experience I have Ever Had buying a Car and that is such a frustrating and hard decision to make. Ashton is a family man, a genuine guy, a faithful person with morals and values, and I can't thank him enough for being the kind of person that is REAL and Genuine and not some slimey aggressive money hound. My sales lady was amazing (shout out Jessica), and went far above and beyond. She came in on her day off, and would answer questions while she was off the clock. My only issue came from the service department. It took over 3 hours from the time I was called in to pick up my car from service and the time I was able to leave with it. My sales lady was also in for the same 3 hours on her day off. It seemed like the service department was trying to send me home with a bad battery as it had to be jump started. After all the waiting they finally just replaced it. However the overall experience was pretty good.
